Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license required prior to start. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedics or similar outpatient caseload preferred. Comfort delivering evidence-based, exercise-driven care plans and risk-stratified protocols. Ability to manage 45 60-minute sessions per week and to follow optimal frequency visit models. Willingness to use clinic tools and workflows such as PROMIS, Limber, and ambient listening to support efficiency and outcomes. Open to flexible scheduling.
