Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona state PT license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Experience treating more than one patient at a time preferred.
• Available to start May 2025 or flexible with start date.
• Clinic management interest or eligibility preferred for candidates interested in the Clinic Manager opportunity.
