Flagstar Rehab is Seeking Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) for Skilled Nursing Facilities!

Hourly Pay Rate:

W2 $34
1099: $37

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Current NJ PTA License and Registration
  • Valid BLS Certification
  • EMR Competence
  • Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
  • Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
  • Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients
  • Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis
  • Monitor and document patient progress
