Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented mid-level Trial Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This is an exciting opportunity to handle sophisticated general commercial litigation matters within a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collegial environment.

Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record

Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania , in good standing

46 years of substantive experience in general commercial litigation

Superior legal research and writing skills, with strong analytical abilities

Quick-study aptitude and the ability to engender client confidence

Experience managing complex commercial disputes and related litigation matters

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment

Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service orientation

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in a wide range of general commercial litigation matters

Draft and argue motions , pleadings , and briefs in state and federal courts

Manage discovery , including depositions, document review, and related litigation strategy

Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality, persuasive written work

Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategy and provide creative legal solutions

Communicate directly with clients, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness

Contribute to a team-oriented and collegial practice environment

Compensation & Benefits</strong>

Competitive Salary : Expected annual base salary ranges from $260,000-$350,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
