Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infusion Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Roseville, MN. This role is ideal for a pharmacy professional with a strong in sterile compounding and a passion for patient care in a fast-paced infusion setting.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients via phone and respond to inquiries.
  • Dispense unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IVs, and related supplies.
  • Perform and document daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and monitoring tasks in sterile compounding areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to address pharmacy needs promptly and efficiently.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
  • Proven ability to work independently and solve high-stakes problems.
  • Strong multitasking and workload prioritization skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification.
  • 1+ years of consistent experience in sterile compounding.
  • Experience in hospital or home infusion pharmacy settings.

Work Environment

The role is on-site supporting a team of roughly 15 members. This is a contract position lasting approximately 12 weeks with potential for extension. Working hours are Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
