We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infusion Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Roseville, MN. This role is ideal for a pharmacy professional with a strong background in sterile compounding and a passion for patient care in a fast-paced infusion setting. Responsibilities
Communicate with patients via phone and respond to inquiries. Dispense unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IVs, and related supplies. Perform and document daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and monitoring tasks in sterile compounding areas. Collaborate with team members to address pharmacy needs promptly and efficiently. Essential Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician. Proven ability to work independently and solve high-stakes problems. Strong multitasking and workload prioritization skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification. Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification. 1+ years of consistent experience in sterile compounding. Experience in hospital or home infusion pharmacy settings. Work Environment
The role is on-site supporting a team of roughly 15 members. This is a contract position lasting approximately 12 weeks with potential for extension. Working hours are Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6 PM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
