Cincinnati, OH 45249 Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Primary Responsibilities: Execute sterile compounding processes in alignment with company policies and industry regulations including USP 797 and USP 800. Ensure ongoing competency in sterile compounding procedures. Contribute to medication management within the pharmacy, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining medications and supplies. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, hardware, and software issues related to sterile compounding. Document all cleaning and monitoring activities in compliance with established protocols for sterile compounding, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Collaborate with the team to efficiently address all compounding needs. Engage in continuous didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding. Required Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio. At least 1 year of consistent experience in sterile compounding. Ability to work on-site at 7167 E Kemper Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT). Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). A proven ability to work independently and tackle high-stakes issues. Physical Requirements: Capability to stand for up to 8 hours with breaks as needed. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Competence to climb stairs and ladders. Our compensation is competitive and considers various factors such as local market rates, education, experience, and certifications. The hourly pay range for this role is between $17.74 and $31.63 based on full-time employment.
