RPh on the Go is seeking Pharmacy Technicians for a temp-to-direct hire opportunity in Kalamazoo, MI. This position offers full-time hours in a retail setting with the chance to transition into a permanent role.
Position Details:
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Setting: Retail Pharmacy
Schedule: Monday Friday, shifts
Rotating Start Times: 7:30am, 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:30am
Hours: Full time, closed Fridays at 6:00pm
Weekends: No weekends to start, but will be required in the future
Assignment Length: Temp-to-direct hire
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under pharmacist supervision
Accurately process prescriptions and measure dosages
Label, record, and maintain prescription information
Provide customer service and support in a retail setting
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and company procedures
Utilize Pioneer RX system to process and manage prescriptions
Requirements:
Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician license
Previous retail pharmacy experience
Pharmacy technician experience required
Experience with Pioneer RX preferred
