Hourly Pay Range:$18.50 - $28.68 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Pharmacy Technician I, RetailLocation: Evanston HospitalFull Time/Part Time: Part time, 20 hoursHours: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts; e/o week-end and rotating holidays. schedules What you will do :Assist the Pharmacist with preparing, filling and dispensing medicationsMaintain patient records, set up, package and label medication dosesMaintain inventory of drug suppliesWhat you will need:License: Current Illinois Registered Pharmacy Technician requiredEducation: High School Diploma or equivalentCertification: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred; must become certified by successfully passing the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) examination or another Board-approved pharmacy technician examination, within 2 years of initial licensure.Experience: Prior technician experience or hospital experience preferred.
