Your Opportunity: We are seeking a Float Pharmacy Technician to support essential pharmacy operations by accurately dispensing prescriptions and executing clerical tasks under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
Location: 1930 Coon Rapids Blvd., Coon Rapids, MN 55433. Flexibility required to cover locations across Minnesota, including Duluth, Eden Prairie, Edina, St. Louis Park, Mankato, West St. Paul, Woodbury, St. Cloud, Rochester, Roseville, Owatonna, New Brighton, Marshall, St. Paul, Otsego, Winona, Baxter, and Sartell.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (specific hours may vary based on location).
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients and clinic staff.
Fill prescription orders and prepare them for verification under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
Order, receive, and appropriately store pharmacy supplies.
Process wholesaler medication orders efficiently.
Verify medication stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
Collaborate with the Pharmacist to ensure pharmacy compliance with all relevant regulations.
Perform clerical duties that support pharmacy operations.
Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Current and active Pharmacy Technician License in Minnesota, or ability to obtain prior to hire.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver's license.
Willingness to travel to different site locations in Minnesota as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
Experience in pharmacy and prescription data entry.
Pay range for this role is between $16.00 and $27.69 per hour, determined by multiple factors including local labor market conditions, education, experience, and certifications. We offer an exceptional benefits package, performance incentives, and more.
