In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in finding the right products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and upselling techniques. You will also be involved in day to day customer service with dog grooming services. Checking clients dogs in and out, accepting payment and direct communication with our dog groomer confirming appointments and services. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selections. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Operate appointment booking software for scheduling dog grooming appointments. Checking in & out clients dogs for dog grooming Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
