The Role: Personal Training Sales Manager

As Personal Training Sales Manager, youre the powerhouse behind the personal training departments growth and the face of Get Fit Personal Training for every new member. You'll lead from the frontdriving results, motivating new members, and creating a welcoming environment that inspires people to train, stay, and thrive.

This is more than just a numbers game. Its about people, purpose, and performance.

What You'll Do:


Lead and Inspire: Recruit, train, and coach a high-energy team of membership advisors to exceed sales targets.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Develop and execute monthly strategies to meet and exceed personal training sales and revenue goals.
  • Own the Sales Process: Manage all aspects of the sales funnelfrom prospecting existing member base, follow-ups, and closing.

Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with prospective and current members, understanding their goals and showing how Get Fit can help them achieve results.
Track and Analyze Metrics: Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and retention statistics to identify trends and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, membership sales, and front-desk teams to support campaigns and ensure an outstanding customer journey.

Promote the Brand: Represent Get Fit at community events and through digital outreach to elevate our presence and reputation.

What Were Looking For:


  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • A goal-crusher mindset with a track record of exceeding targets and motivating others to do the same.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills natural charisma is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and CRM skills; experience with lead management systems is a bonus.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
