Our Personal Trainers are true professionals and we want you to join our team! We are searching for a part-time (working approximately 6 hours per week) Personal Trainer in Boston, MA.
Scheduling Needs:
Flexible on Tuesdays & Wednesdays - Preferably mornings & lunch times
Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.
Minimum Requirements
Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Compensation: Commission-based position. Pay is dependent on service packages.
