Now Hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) / Caregivers $21/hr Ventura & Ojai

Flexible daytime shifts available now! We're looking for compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Caregivers to support clients in their homes in Ventura, Ojai, and surrounding areas. Most shifts range from 4 to 6 hours, perfect for caregivers looking for part-time hours that work around their life.

Current Shift Needs:

• Ventura Day Shifts: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM (Tues/Thurs) 9:00 AM 3:00 PM 2:30 PM 6:30 PM 3:00 PM 7:00 PM
• Ojai Home Care: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM (1 day/week)

What You'll Do:

• Assist clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, oral care, and feeding
• Prepare and serve meals based on client dietary needs
• Provide light housekeeping and errand support
• Escort clients to appointments
• Support social and recreational engagement
• Report changes in condition or home environment to your supervisor
• Follow the RN-created Plan of Care and document daily visits
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and clean home environment

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Registered with the California Home Care Registry (We can help with this!)
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervised care setting within the past 3 years
• Current CPR certification (in-person course)
• Negative TB test or Chest X-ray within the last 12 months
• Physical exam completed within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
