Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician Associate to assist with various pharmacy functions, including dispensing medications and performing clerical duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. Schedule: Flexibility to cover call-outs and PTO between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, Monday through Thursday (with lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM MST) and 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM MST on Fridays (with lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM MST). Location: 100 West Griggs Avenue, Ste P1, Las Cruces, NM, 88001 Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients and clinic staff members. Fill and prepare prescription orders for verification under the guidance of a Registered Pharmacist. Order, receive, and manage pharmacy supplies efficiently. Enter, manage, and process wholesaler medication orders. Conduct inventory checks to maintain accurate medication stock records. Assist the Pharmacist to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Handle various clerical tasks related to pharmacy operations. Communicate effectively with verbal and written skills. Engage with external health providers regarding prescription orders and refill requests. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in New Mexico, or Pharmacy Technician Training license. Ability to use personal transportation for site coverage and deliveries as needed. Access to reliable transportation and a valid US driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: National Pharmacy Technician Certification. Experience with pharmacy and prescription data entry. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Compensation includes a competitive hourly pay range of $16.00 to $27.69 based on full-time employment, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including equity stock purchase and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility).
