A healthcare facility in Portland, OR is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to join their team for a short-term assignment. This role involves dispensing medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers, while delivering excellent customer service and counseling patients on the proper use of their medications.

Schedule/Hours:

• Wednesday, April 15, 2026 | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Thursday, April 16, 2026 | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Friday, April 17, 2026 | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by licensed practitioners
• Provide detailed information and counseling to patients regarding their prescriptions
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon Pharmacist License is required
• Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient-centered service
