* Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment * Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse * Following the plan of care * Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
* Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License * PPD or Chest X-Ray * Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online) * Valid driver's license * G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train

We follow CDC guidelines to ensure you, your client, and your family stays healthy. *Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 after 500 billable hours worked. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and/or Guardians of a current or potential Preferred Home Health Care, a Care Options for Kids client are not eligible to receive a bonus.
