Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Customer Service Representative located in Bethel Park, PA. The Payroll Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing payroll administration, processing payroll services, handling garnishments, general office duties, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication with clients and resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications Experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Services a plus Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a team Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in payroll or finance are a plus
