You'll manage support cases through our CRM, contribute to process improvements, and become a trusted partner to the organizations we serve. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident communicating with clients across various channels. Prior experience in payroll or using platforms like isolved is a plus - but above all, we're looking for someone with a customer-first mindset and a drive to grow.
