Payroll
Job Contributions and Key Responsibilities:
Audit and import accurately and timely attendance data for field employees
Assist in setting and communicating payroll data cutoff dates
Process payroll adjustments to include, but not limited to: pay rate changes, lost time, etc.
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely within deadlines
Responsible for providing accurate reports of fruit harvesting and time keeping of employees to complete payroll
Prepare payroll reports and answers questions related to payroll data
Oversee the information on the payroll app to ensure employees receive accurate pay
Notify Payroll Supervisor in a timely manner on issues requiring his/her attention
Contact Payroll Supervisor, Data collection team and other departments on payroll related matters and assist in project work, as needed
Other duties as assigned

Minimum 2 years' experience in office clerical functions, payroll experience preferred
Licenses:
Valid California Driver's license and ability to be insured under the company insurance.

Necessary Software:

Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel 5 percent of the time local ranches
