Location: Main Clinic + Satellite Clinics (Waukee, Ankeny, Norwalk, and Indianola) Positions Available: 2

We are seeking two dependable, patient-focused Patient Services Representatives to support our front office operations across our main clinic and satellite locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and understands that excellent customer service is just as important as accuracy.

What you'll do

Check patients in and out for office visits Ensure patients are scheduled appropriately Verify required items prior to visits, including insurance and necessary documentation Support front desk reception coverage as needed Travel to and work in satellite clinics as assigned Work scheduling and preparation reports to ensure visits are ready ahead of time Provide a professional, calm, and friendly experience for patients in person and by phone Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to keep the day running smoothly What we're looking For Healthcare experience strongly preferred Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working with scheduling systems and insurance information Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations Ability to adapt, pitch in, and help where needed

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel between clinic locations.
