Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient check-ins/check-outs for both clinic and surgery departments.

• Verify insurance information and process paperwork

• Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality

• Support the healthcare team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or medical office experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in basic computer programs (EHR experience a plus)

• Compassionate and professional demeanor
