Job Description
The Paramount Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pastry Cook or Pastry Prep Cook to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where quality, creativity, and consistency are at the heart of what we do.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute a variety of pastries, baked goods, and dessert components for large-scale catering and bakery production
• Follow established recipes and production schedules with precision and efficiency
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in a professional kitchen environment
• Collaborate with pastry leaders and management to ensure consistency and meet daily production goals
• Uphold food safety and sanitation practices at all times
• At least 1 year of experience in a catering kitchen, bakery, or high-volume pastry production
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
