As a vital team member, you'll help deliver essential products to our customers in a variety of roles within the warehouse. Your Responsibilities: Order Picker: Accurately pick and prepare customer orders to meet production goals, utilizing safety procedures even at heights. Restocker: Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to maintain an organized work area for subsequent shifts, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Bulk Selector: Select products, pack totes, cut cases, and move heavy items onto conveyors while prioritizing safety. Custodian: Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the facility by performing tasks such as sanitizing restrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash disposal while following safety standards. Please note that you may be assigned to any of the above roles as needed. We prioritize safety and look for individuals who are committed to maintaining safe work practices. Qualifications: Ability to perform basic arithmetic and counting. Strong teamwork skills to build relationships with colleagues and customers. Willingness to adhere to safety procedures and practices promptly. Comfortable working in a warehouse with seasonal temperature changes. Basic Requirements: Reliability to work assigned shifts and complete tasks effectively. Capability to understand and follow job requirements and safety protocols. Basic English language skills for verbal and written communication. For Full-Time positions, flexibility to work extra hours when needed is required. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds manually. Safety composite shoes are mandatory. Must be able to walk and stand throughout the shift. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in a warehouse or related roles, such as fast-food, stockroom, or customer service, is desirable.
