Responsibilities:
Confirm needed parts for service schedule and stage for following day Assist service techs with locating and loading of parts Assist with walk-in customers Promote open and positive communication (both in verbal and written form) with employees, departments, customers, and vendors Maintain high quality service delivery in an efficient, productive, and profitable manner Coordinate and perform administrative tasks as needed to assist the service department Promote safety always and participate in weekly toolbox talks Assist with van cleaning when needed Help create, implement, and maintain van inventory process Analyze warehouse efficiency and recommend changes to improve Assist with warehouse cleaning and maintenance Load and unload trucks Assist in maintaining dumpster area cleanliness Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person for walk in customers Must be able to lift 75 pounds Other duties as assigned Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and an AMAZING benefits package that includes the following We offer pro-rated PTO for part-time team members!
