Required Availability: 6:00 AM Start About the Role Join our team as a Part-Time Truck Unloading Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and customers leave happy! In this position, you will efficiently handle the unloading and processing of incoming truck shipments, support stockroom operations, and contribute to omni-channel fulfillment efforts. What You'll Do Receive, unload, and process product shipments accurately and efficiently.

Restock the sales floor based on inventory needs and seasonal trends to maintain a compelling shopping experience.

Engage with customers by warmly greeting them and assisting them with their product inquiries.

Ensure all products are protected according to store standards.

Participate in training new hires on Kohls brand standards, product knowledge, and inventory practices as directed by leadership.
