You will be responsible for engaging with customers and associates, promoting our core values, and driving sales through effective coaching and support. Responsibilities: Serve as a role model for outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued. Engage and inspire associates, encouraging open communication and providing recognition and coaching when needed. Touch base with each team member to set daily priorities and expectations. Oversee the front-end experience to guarantee a fantastic first and last impression for our customers. Monitor checkout speed, line management, and overall friendliness, offering feedback for improvement. Review daily staffing and schedules, ensuring full cashier coverage and support during busy periods. Evaluate store recovery needs and manage the fitting room, sales floor, and inventory effectively. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, making sure associates have the tools they need to excel. Lead store rallies to motivate and inform the team at the beginning and end of shifts. Communicate key details to the opening Manager on Duty to ensure a smooth transition.
