In this exciting role, you will provide outstanding customer service while contributing to an efficient and engaging shopping experience. What You'll Do: Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with product inquiries. Efficiently operate the cash register, scan merchandise, and process various payment methods. Deliver quick and friendly service, always aiming to create a positive customer experience. Achieve or surpass individual performance goals related to credit and loyalty programs. Support inventory control by accurately executing point of sale and merchandise practices. Assist in training new team members on best practices, procedures, and tools while ensuring adherence to Kohl’s brand standards. Engage in daily service processes, including cash balancing and restocking supplies. As a Kohl's associate, you will be responsible for: Fostering an inclusive culture through integrity and teamwork. Making informed decisions while involving appropriate partners as needed. Anticipating customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner. Managing multiple tasks effectively within set timeframes. Adhering to company policies and safety guidelines for the benefit of all associates and customers. Proactively following direction from supervisors and company personnel. What We're Looking For: Strong customer service skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. No prior retail experience is necessary—positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential! Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible availability for shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay Starts At: $13.50
