About the Role Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Team Member, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service at the point of sale. Your focus on operational efficiency will help create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. What You'll Do Engage customers by warmly greeting them and providing assistance with products and services. Operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and efficiently process various payment methods. Ensure adherence to point of sale and customer service standards set by the company by providing friendly, fast, and efficient service. Meet or exceed individual performance goals, such as credit applications and loyalty program sign-ups. Support inventory accuracy through diligent completion of point of sale and merchandise procedures. Assist in training new hires on best practices for service and point of sale procedures, ensuring they uphold Kohl’s brand standards. Participate actively in daily service processes, including register balancing and supply replenishment. Other assigned responsibilities as needed. What Skills You Have Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills. Previous retail experience is not required; we welcome applicants without experience!
