You will assist with various operations and merchandising tasks while collaborating closely with the management team. Your efforts will drive sales growth as you flexibly engage in multiple roles, including selling, cashiering, restocking, setting up displays, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Always prioritizing customer service, you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Must be able to safely use a ladder to reach products. Frequent movement around the sales floor and stock room is required. Ability to engage with customers in-person, online, and via phone. Ability to lift and move merchandise over 50 pounds as needed. Proficient in operating Point of Sale systems and registers accurately.
