What You'll Do Welcome customers warmly and guide them in choosing products and services, while efficiently operating the cash register, scanning items, and handling various payment methods. Provide fast and friendly service while adhering to our customer service standards and company guidelines. Strive to meet or surpass individual sales goals, including credit and loyalty programs. Contribute to inventory accuracy by following proper point of sale and merchandise handling processes. Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring adherence to Kohl’s brand standards. Participate in essential daily tasks, such as balancing registers, managing cash orders, and replenishing supplies. All associate roles encompass the responsibility of: Promoting a culture of integrity, teamwork, and inclusivity. Exercising sound judgment in decision-making and collaborating with team members. Fostering a customer-centered mindset by anticipating needs and resolving issues effectively. Handling multiple tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
