You will optimize sales by delivering friendly and knowledgeable service, ensuring the store remains clean and well-presented. Your responsibilities include: Deliver outstanding customer service from a warm greeting to a smooth checkout experience. Enhance each customer's experience by recommending suitable footwear and apparel. Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. Maintain the store by restocking, organizing, and ensuring cleanliness. Flexibly assist in both the front and back of the store as required. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA). Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Be tech-savvy or open to learning about technology (e.g. computers, mobile devices). Strong communication skills. Ability to perform essential job functions. Purpose of Role The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and meets KPI targets by embodying our brand values to create a unique experience for our customers. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role is pivotal in executing daily operations. In the absence of the Stock Specialist, the Sales Associate will take on those responsibilities. Your Impact Sales & Omni Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales KPIs. Efficiently handle omni-channel requests following Under Armour processes. Brand Image & Customer Experience Exemplify the UA service culture and customer expectations. Communicate brand messages effectively while assisting customers. Utilize product knowledge in the selling process through ongoing training. Retail Operations Maintain high standards for merchandise and visual displays. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Complete operational and cash processes in accordance with training. Follow the Under Armour dress code and attendance policies. Fulfill work hours as scheduled per attendance guidelines. Team Collaboration/Self Growth Collaborate with teammates to achieve collective store goals. Take accountability for personal development and seek opportunities for performance improvement. Qualifications Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication. Fluency in the local language. Proficient in using computers and other technologies. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Requirements 0-3 months of experience in a retail environment focused on sports/apparel and footwear. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Physical Requirements Capable of lifting or moving products up to 25 lbs/12 kg. Able to stand and move around for extended periods with short breaks.
