About the Role As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service at our point of sale and throughout the customer service experience. Your focus on efficiency and engaging interactions will enhance the shopping experience for our customers. What You’ll Do Welcome customers and assist them with product and service inquiries, operating the cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and handling various payment methods efficiently.

Adhere to company standards for customer service and point of sale processes, ensuring courteous, fast, and friendly transactions.

Achieve or surpass individual sales goals, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups.

Maintain inventory accuracy through meticulous execution of point of sale and merchandise handling practices.

Assist in training new team members on service best practices and company standards.

Participate in daily procedures, including register balancing and supply replenishment.
