The Part-Time Retail Sales Leader supports the store leadership team by enhancing sales and customer service, mentoring teammates, and overseeing daily store operations as needed. This position serves as an excellent stepping stone into leadership. This role also mentors teammates in sales and stock, serving as the primary leader in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager, and is responsible for store opening and closing procedures. Your Impact: Sales & Omni As part of the leadership team, you will support the achievement of retail and omni KPIs. Act as the leader on duty, consistently exemplifying the brand's customer service standards. Provide detailed product information and solutions based on customer needs. Brand Image & Customer Experience Train teammates to foster a unique service/selling culture. Leverage your expertise to enhance sales and customer loyalty. Share product knowledge with junior teammates. Retail Operations Responsible for store operations, opening and closing per established procedures. Guide teammates to execute daily tasks according to Under Armour standards. Maintain merchandise and floor set standards alongside store leadership. Utilize sales and payroll reports to adjust schedules based on business needs. Ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols and store audits. Address any safety concerns and report incidents promptly. Leadership & Team Collaboration Communicate clear priorities and targets to achieve sales goals. Support store strategies for sales growth and operational efficiency. Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
