As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience through various responsibilities, including sales, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service during in-store and online shopping experiences. Engage proactively with customers, modeling exceptional selling behaviors. Greet every customer with enthusiasm and maintain a positive, can-do attitude. Educate customers about loyalty programs, current promotions, and merchandise offerings. Maintain professionalism and respect toward all customers and team members. Achieve or exceed goals associated with company initiatives. Assist in the efficient receipt and organization of merchandise. Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and efficient. Ensure accurate merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory levels. Qualifications: Energetic and results-oriented with a competitive drive to succeed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Ability to interpret company directives and manuals. Flexible schedule to meet store business needs. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. Physical ability to ascend/descend ladders and move merchandise up to 50 pounds. Proficient in using Point of Sale systems, registers, and handheld devices.
