The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in driving sales by providing exceptional shopping experiences. You will maximize sales through efficient, friendly, and informed service while ensuring the store remains neat, clean, and well-presented at all times. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service from a warm greeting to a seamless checkout experience. Guide customers to find the right footwear and apparel that meets their needs. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old (18 years in CA). Flexible availability to work various shifts. Purpose of Role: The Retail Sales Associate contributes to store sales by embodying our brand values and ensuring athletes enjoy a distinctive experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for routine operational duties that support store functions. The Sales Associate may also take on Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence. Your Impact: Sales & Omni: Assist athletes directly to achieve sales targets set by the Retail Store Manager. Handle omni-channel requests in accordance with Under Armour processes. Brand Image & Customer Experience: Exemplify Under Armour's service culture to meet customer expectations. Communicate brand messages effectively when engaging with athletes. Enhance the selling process through product training and knowledge. Retail Operations: Maintain merchandising and floor set standards. Follow Under Armour policies and procedures. Complete operational and cash processes as per training. Adhere to the dress code and attendance policies. Fulfill scheduled working hours according to Under Armour's policies. Team Collaboration/Self Growth: Work collaboratively with teammates to meet store objectives. Take personal responsibility for self-improvement and seek growth opportunities. Qualifications: Basic literacy, numeracy, listening, and communication skills. Fluency in the local language. Proficient with computers and other technologies. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Requirements: 0-3 months of experience in a retail environment, especially in sports/apparel and footwear. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Able to handle or move products weighing up to 25 lbs/12kgs. Capable of moving about the store for extended periods with occasional breaks. Ability to access all store areas, including selling floors, stockrooms, and registers.
