As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, your mission will be to create outstanding shopping experiences for our customers by utilizing our exceptional customer service model. You will collaborate with the management team while assisting with various operational and merchandising tasks. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales growth through engaging with customers, handling transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a welcoming store environment. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver top-notch customer service both in-store and online, enhancing every customer's shopping experience. Engage actively with customers, showcasing excellent selling techniques. Greet every visitor enthusiastically, maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Proactively assess customer needs, responding with effective solutions. Inform customers about loyalty programs, current promotions, and product range, helping to increase sales. Uphold the company's branding by treating all customers and colleagues with respect and professionalism, working towards shared goals. Meet or exceed targets related to company initiatives and sales programs. Assist in the timely and safe receipt of merchandise. Help keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and efficient. Take on additional tasks as needed to maintain our operational excellence. Qualifications: Dynamic, people-oriented, and competitive with a strong desire to achieve success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Capable of reading and interpreting company policies, handbooks, and directives. Flexible schedule to align with the store's needs. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Physically fit to use a ladder for stocking products or hanging displays. Frequent movement and standing are required to assist customers effectively. Strong interpersonal skills for communication with customers in-person, electronically, and over the phone. Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing 50 pounds or more between stockroom and sales floor. Skilled in operating Point of Sale systems and handling transactions accurately.
