Key Responsibilities: Efficiently execute merchandising tasks, interpret plano-grams and schematic layouts, and help implement department or brand resets in a retail environment. Demonstrate strong execution skills, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards. Foster positive relationships through effective communication with clients, leadership, and managers. Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate closely with store management and associates. Accurately report completed tasks using designated systems on the same day as the work is performed. Complete all required training and certification programs. Engage daily with CROSSMARK communication tools to plan, report, and review work effectively. Ensure proper maintenance of all company equipment. Safely receive required products/materials at a secure location for resets. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining professional standards at all times. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail resets or merchandising is preferred. Ability to carry out all reset work activities as scheduled. Strong communication skills with store personnel regarding tasks and promotional activities. Must have reliable transportation for traveling between multiple work locations within a 25-40 mile radius (mileage reimbursement is provided). Must maintain a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance as required by state law. English proficiency is required; bilingual skills may be necessary based on business needs.
