Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Provide feedback to management regarding products, inventory losses, and operational issues. Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory levels for accuracy. Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies. Stocking Specialist Responsibilities: Efficiently stock shelves and ensure product rotation for freshness. Implement merchandising planograms to maintain appealing product displays. Organize new inventory and manage the disposal of empty boxes responsibly. Safely operate machinery while following all safety protocols. Retail Associate Responsibilities: Assist with curbside shopping orders, ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform both cashier and stocking responsibilities as needed. Physical Demands: Engage in various physical activities including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the store. Stack merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves of different heights. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service. Commitment to maintaining cleanliness to meet company standards. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures. Excellent verbal communication skills.
