Job Summary:
Bay-CSS is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Edgewater, MD. The DSP will provide compassionate support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting, working Monday to Friday from 4pm to 9pm.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and car insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to attend and complete required trainings within the allotted time frame
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with disabilities in daily living activities, personal care, and hygiene
- Support individuals in community activities and events
- Implement individual support plans and behavior support plans
- Document individual progress and incidents
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Adhere to care and support policies and procedures

Compensation:
- $21/hr Monday to Friday
- $2 shift differential on Saturday and Sunday

Schedule:
- Part-Time position, 25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 4pm to 9pm
- Flexibility for additional hours or schedule changes
- Some weekends and holidays may be required
