Your Responsibilities Create a welcoming and efficient check-in/out process that ensures a positive experience for our patients. Become an expert in our various insurance plans to assist and educate patients during their visits. Support appointment confirmations and collaborate with the medical staff based on provider availability. Efficiently handle multiple phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments, and support office staff as needed. Be open to cross-training for other roles such as Eyewear Consultant and Optometric Technician, depending on office needs. Work alongside doctors and team members to ensure a smooth patient experience. Your Qualifications Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role with a focus on administrative tasks. Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure while maintaining high-quality service. A flexible and adaptable mindset, capable of taking on diverse responsibilities. A friendly, patient-oriented personality who thrives in a high-energy environment. A collaborative team player dedicated to enhancing the patient journey. Proficient with computers and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
