Your Responsibilities Might Include: Resolving conflicts and de-escalating situations. Securing entrances and exits. Conducting patrols inside and outside the client's premises in varying weather conditions. Engaging frequently with client employees and guests. Identifying and reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activities. Protecting evidence or scene of incidents during emergencies or investigations. Setting up barriers and providing direction or information as needed. Executing specific tasks related to the security of the assigned site. Valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary. High school diploma or GED required, or the ability to complete a GED program within six months. Basic computer and technology skills needed. Customer service experience is preferred. Previous Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience is a significant advantage! Ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals professionally. Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift. Ability to react quickly and effectively in emergencies, using appropriate escalation measures.
