Are you looking for an office position? Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring a Part-time Office Assistant/Receptionist for a company in San Luis Obispo.
Schedule & Pay 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (16-24 hours/week) Must be available Mondays; remaining 1-2 days are flexible (e.g., Wednesday and Thursday or other arrangements) Pay: $20-$24/hr Temp-to-hire, paid weekly Benefits (upon transition to company payroll): medical, holiday pay, vacation pay Key Responsibilities Answer multi-line phones and direct calls appropriately Prepare correspondence and transmittals for regular and overnight mail Provide general administrative support to various departments Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and office organization Conduct company and client deliveries Clean and stock kitchen and supply rooms Assist with planning and organizing in-office events and holiday activities Run errands (purchasing kitchen supplies, picking up lunches, items for meetings/events) Decorate office for events and holidays throughout the year (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Qualifications & Skills Typing speed of 40+ words per minute Strong time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and accuracy Ability to work independently and build effective working relationships Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and lifting Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Minimum 2 years of office experience, including phone handling and administrative support Valid California driver's license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance Own reliable vehicle Lift and carry boxes/supplies up to 35 lbs and perform other physical tasks as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook How to Apply
