Our services include LCL (Less than Container Load), FCL (Full Container Load), and consolidated small-package logistics . With established weekly services, we support both retail and industrial clients by ensuring their shipments arrive safely and on time.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maritime Cargo Coordinator (Part-Time) to join our Miami operations team.

Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage FCL and LCL shipments from China to Honduras , and from Miami to Honduras and the Caribbean . Prepare and review shipping documentation: Bills of Lading (BLs), invoices, packing lists, AES/SED filings . Liaise with shipping lines (Seaboard, Crowley, Tropical, King Ocean, MSC, COSCO, Evergreen, etc.) , warehouses, and overseas agents. Monitor and track cargo from booking to final delivery, providing updates to clients. Support the pricing and quotation process for maritime services. Resolve operational issues (e.g., demurrage, delays, customs documentation discrepancies).

Requirements 4–5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or maritime logistics. Strong knowledge of export processes from the U.S. (AES/SED, FMC compliance). Familiarity with Latin American and Caribbean trade lanes a strong advantage. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Magaya or similar TMS is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
