Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual, couples, and/or group counseling sessions to assess and address clients’ mental health concerns.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients’ needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Provide guidance and support to clients in managing and coping with emotional and psychological challenges.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
Eligible for LPC Associate Licensure.
Proven experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or private practice setting.
Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
Compensation: Included weekly supervision with Texas/New Mexico Approved LPC/LPCC Supervisor.
