Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have prior treatment experience and a strong focus on resident care and safety.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician's orders.Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.Monitor residents' conditions and report any significant changes to the RN Supervisor or physician.Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments as needed.Document all care provided in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals.Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures.Provide compassionate and respectful interactions with residents and families.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.Education & ExperienceCurrent and active California LVN license in good standing.Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Treatment and wound care experience highly desired.
