As a vital part of our team, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and developing an enthusiastic team. Your passion for pop culture, coupled with your leadership skills, will help us drive sales and build lasting relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in meeting sales goals and objectives. Help to recruit, develop, and retain a passionate and collaborative team. Promote new products and engage with customers using social media and in-store promotional activities. Ensure smooth store operations by balancing tasks and focusing on customer-first selling practices. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and employee schedules. Communicate trends and customer feedback with retail leadership and HQ partners. Analyze sales reports and utilize data to drive sales strategies. Implement compelling merchandising according to planograms and timely launch promotions. Work closely with your Store Manager to develop a team of motivated associates focused on delivering excellent customer service. What You Need: 1-2 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in a music or pop culture environment. A successful track record of leading teams and achieving results. Strong skills in communication, recruiting, and retail operations. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and handle challenges with ease. Capability to perform physical tasks, including merchandising and moving merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
