Learning Facilitator Right At School offers engaging before and after school programs designed to enhance learning through enjoyable activities, catering to the growth of every student! Our goal is to extend outstanding, affordable programs to as many students, families, and schools as possible, in a secure environment that encourages exploration and growth. *Please note, this position will commence with the 2025-2026 academic year; selected candidates will not start work until August 2025.* Compensation: $15.00-$18.00 (dependent on qualifications and previous experience) Program Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:45am-9:00am and 3:15pm-6:00pm. Your hours may vary based on operational needs. Your role will involve: Daily Team Meetings: Collaborate daily to review goals, share innovative ideas, and foster professional development and teamwork. Activity Coordination: Design and implement daily activities and educational content that align with program objectives, ensuring they are enjoyable and beneficial for all age groups. Modeling Best Practices: Cultivate a safe and nurturing space, ensuring children are engaged while meeting program aims through positive guidance and effective classroom management. Safety First: Vigilantly monitor the environment, address any potential hazards, and strictly adhere to safety protocols, including attendance tracking and incident documentation. Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with children, parents, colleagues, and school staff.
