Pay Rate for Learning Facilitator: $15.00-$18.00 (based on education and experience) Program Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:45am-9:00am and 3:15pm-6:00pm. Your schedule may vary based on our community needs. Your role will include: Engaging Team Meetings: Conduct daily meetings to review objectives, share innovative ideas, discuss professional growth, and encourage teamwork and accountability. Activity Planning and Facilitation: Prepare and lead engaging activities and educational programs aligned with our goals. Organize structured fitness and recreational activities that cater to various ages. Modeling Positive Behavior: Create a safe and caring atmosphere where children can enjoy themselves while learning. You will demonstrate effective classroom management and positive guidance techniques. Safety First: Monitor the environment for safety, address potential hazards, and adhere to all safety protocols. This includes maintaining records of attendance and incidents. Effective Communication: Communicate well with a diverse audience including children, parents, colleagues, and school staff.
