Your Role Will Include: Team Meetings: Engage in daily meetings to discuss goals, share innovative ideas, and promote collaboration within the team. Activity Planning and Facilitation: Design and lead enjoyable and educational activities geared toward program objectives for children of all ages. Modeling Best Practices: Create a safe, nurturing atmosphere by demonstrating effective classroom management and positive behavioral guidance. Safety First: Actively monitor the environment, address hazards promptly, and adhere to safety protocols, including documentation of attendance and incidents. Communication: Foster effective dialogue with diverse audiences including children, parents, staff, and school officials. Ideal Candidates Will Possess: Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. A collaborative spirit and ability to work well in teams. Physical ability to lift up to 25lbs. A passion for inspiring learning and promoting healthy living. Flexibility to assist with additional local programs as needed. Requirements: Meet state-specific qualifications. First Aid and CPR certification (in-person). Cleared tuberculosis test. Proof of MMR vaccination. Must be 18 years or older. High School diploma or GED.
